These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Grotap Research ("Grotap Research," "we," "us," or "our"), including grotap.com and apps.grotap.com (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, or using the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Text messaging (SMS) program terms

Grotap Research offers an optional text notification program for account notifications and event alerts (the "Program"): recurring automated messages about your account, platform status, agent run updates, and event notices, sent from +1 (855) 925-3250.

• Opt-in. You enroll only by expressly opting in — at grotap.com/opt-in or by checking the un-checked consent box in your account settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything or of using the Services.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for rate plans.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You can also opt out at grotap.com/opt-out or in your account settings. After you opt out, you will receive no further messages (other than a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, where applicable).
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@grotap.com, or use our contact form.
• Eligibility. The Program is available to U.S. mobile numbers. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide (or have the holder's permission) and are at least 18 years old.

Your phone number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — they are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and branding, are owned by Grotap Research or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

5. Beta features

Portions of the Services may be offered as beta or preview features. Beta features are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may contain defects. Your feedback helps us improve them.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROTAP RESEARCH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grotap Research is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
